My culinary journey began with my apprenticeship in the Swiss Army, where I had the opportunity to lead a team of young chefs in my very first cooking competition. As team captain, I helped guide us to victory—an experience that ignited my passion for competitive cooking and set me on the path toward high-level competition.
Soon after, I earned a place on the junior national team. I had the opportunity to compete at the Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart and later at the World Championship in Luxembourg, where we proudly took home the win. After six exciting and intense years in the competitive scene, I decided to take a break to travel across Europe, exploring diverse cultures and cuisines, and gathering fresh inspiration.
Today, I’m proud to return to the competitive arena—this time with the honor of being the first woman to represent Switzerland in the European final.
